We accept Case Studies relating to Call Centers, Contact Centers, Help Desks, CRM, Customer Service, Telemarketing etc.

We must insist you only submit current case studies and that you comply with the terms below.

All content submitted to ContactCenterWorld.com is submitted on the understanding that ContactCenterWorld.com reserves the right to edit, alter or omit content at its discretion and that ContactCenterWorld.com is not liable whatsoever for any errors or omissions made in publishing any content.

  2. ContactCenterWorld.com is not responsible for the quality, merchantability and propriety of information for a particular purpose of products or services available on external sites and listed or described on ContactCenterWorld.com; nor is ContactCenterWorld.com site responsible for the accuracy, reliability or currency of the information contained on the web site and supplied by external sources.

  3. Case Studies submitted may be rejected. Please note that due to the volume of submitted items we receive each day we are unable to give specific feedback on items that have been sent in. Our policy is to alert you if and when we are using content so please look out for these emails.
