We believe value at a conference is increased substantially if we help you network with your peers. At our conferences we develop a number of unique activities to help you meet and build lasting relationships – even friendships – with fellow industry professionals who, like you want to be the best at what they do.

We also give every delegate access to a delegates only networking group with the ability to connect and even ‘live-chat’ with fellow delegates post the event through ContactCenterWorld – this unique tool allows delegates to choose their contacts from all attendees and stay connected for years to come.

Having fun is part of the program too! So at each event we devise activities that help everyone meet new contacts in a fun and safe environment.

At our Orlando event we will be taking over an entire floor at the fantastic Wonderworks just 3 minutes away from the conference venue. At Wonderworks we will be organizing delegates into teams for some fun activities and also enjoy some great food and beverages. There is an indoor rope challenge course, lazer- tag and tons of other fun stuff for us to do and teams will earn points for prizes.

The first of its kind in Orlando, the ropes course lets participants scale to a maximum height of 36 feet. The three-story adventure features a glow-in-the-dark course along with more than 20 different obstacles including a tire traverse, suspension bridges, swinging beams and more that must be conquered along the way. The course is designed with the experience level of each participant in mind. More advanced athletes will discover a challenge while “just for fun” climbers will experience a sense of accomplishment as they navigate the course. This exciting experience is included in the price of General Admission. This is one of the most exciting activities Orlando has to offer.

In the lazer-tag team event you compete against your opponents inside a huge blacklit maze. Lazer Tag combines innovative technology and fast-paced excitement to provide players with a one-of-a-kind experience Featuring more than 10,000 square feet of action and arcade fun in the WonderWorks basement. The object is to outplay, outlast and outshoot the other teams!
