Job Title: Customer Services Team Manager (Contact Centre)
Salary: £26-27,500 + benefits

This is a newly created opportunity for an experience Customer Services Team Manager to work for a national leading provider of services. They are a progressive and supportive organisation, hoping to offer real growth opportunities for their employees as their contact centre continues to grow and develop, offering more support services to the wider group.
The position of Team Manager will support and inspire a team of Customer Service Advisors to provide an outstanding customer services within the contact centre. You will be required to develop your team’s skills and coach each individual to achieve their very best.
Due to the continuous growth and development of this relatively new contact centre operation, you will also need to be able to drive and adapt to change, by embracing continuous development of the Customer Service and Contact Centre department, you and your team will have more opportunities to support the wider operations and offer your customer the very best service offering.
The business operates 8 to 8 Monday to Friday, with a requirement to also work 1 in 12 Saturdays.
