Job Title: Contact Centre Manager (Outbound Sales)
Location: North West
Salary: to £35-45,000 base, £16,000 uncapped bonus + car allowance.
This is an opportunity for a proven outbound sales contact centre manager to join a large contact centre operation leading a team of Team Manager and Agents in excess 100FTE. Responsible for achieving budgets, targets and service level performance, the Contact Centre Manager will be expected to deliver a highly motivated high performing operation which can surpass sales expectations.
Reporting to and supporting the Senior Management team, this is a highly commercial, hands-on role responsible for the full recruitment, budgets and performance of the outbound sales team. Candidates will need a proactive approach to their work and be commercially focussed to achieve the very best results across sales and business delivery.
You will need to have a highly visible presence in the day to day operations, supporting, developing and working with the team to achieve better sales performance levels and address any issues across the operation.
You will be used to implementing standards and procedures to ensure a consistent approach and be able to identify performance issues, offer coaching and ensure compliance and adherence to set standards, targets and requirements. You will be fully responsible for the departments KPI and SLA adherence and do all you can to help achieve these.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need a proven track record working as an Outbound Contact Centre Manager or Telesales Manager within a highly targeted and performance focussed business. Ideally you will have previous experience of managing sales or telesales teams, in both a regulated or non-regulated sales environment.
