There are no judges appointed by us and absolutely no bias! - the winners will be those who are voted the best by
their customers and new for 2008 we are giving 2 levels of awards:
- Voted Best In Class Customer Service for the overall winner of each category
- Voted First Class Customer Service for all entrants who score an average 8/10 or more by their customers!

the Contact Center World Awards Regional Event Gala Dinner and show you support the company you voted for!
