Important Instructions - including new rules for the 2006 program

All entrants must complete this on-line form - no other methods will be accepted. Once we have received it we will validate your entry and advise you if your entry has been accepted. For the 2006 award program the following dates apply and there are no exceptions.
 

   
  • Last date for early discounts off the entry fee:
Midnight 30th June 2006 (ET)
  • Last date for submitting an award entry:
Midnight 31st December 2006 (ET)
  • Commencement of voting promotion by entrants:
21st January 2007
  • Last voting date:
30th April 2007
  • Awards Presentation:

May 2007 – APAC / June – Americas / July - EMEA

 

Under no circumstances can votes be solicited before the commencement date shown above or accepted before the commencement date shown above.

Entry Fees
There is one nominal entry fee regardless of how many categories and regions you enter. The fee is $595 (approx €475). We do however recommend that you only enter the award categories that are relevant.

No company will be listed on the pages used by voters unless payment has been made in full prior to the commencement of voting date shown above.

Awards Categories & Regions
In the 2007 program there are 4 possible awards per category (1) Best Global (2) Best Americas (3) Best EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) and (4) Best APAC (Asia Pacific). To participate in any "Global" awards, companies must be entered in two or more regions within the same category. To win a Global award, your company must win two of the three regions to qualify. Should your company win only one region your company will not qualify to win a Global award.

Throughout the voting process, all companies who have entered will receive a 'vote status' update if they have not received enough votes to qualify them in the voting competition - this will help alert entrants would they fall short of the minimum valid 'end user' votes required.

Being A Winner
To be a winner we need to receive votes from a min of 10 customers (min 5 for outsourcers/consultancies/training/furniture+design awards) in each region you enter (no partners, suppliers or present staff employed by your company can vote for you). In an effort to reward consistent performance, we will discount the top and bottom 10% respectively (if you attract considerably more than the minimum votes required) and base your scores on the remaining votes. If you do not reach the minimum valid customer votes you will not qualify to win.

Entry By A 3rd Party
Under no circumstances will entries be accepted from 3rd parties such as PR or Marketing Agencies/Consultants unless they are accompanied with a letter of approval by the company being entered - approvals can be sent direct to rajw@contactcenterworld.com at the time a submission is made.
