2016 Best in Europe, Middle East & Africa Announced

London - June 3rd 2016. At a gala dinner hosted by ContactCenterWorld.com - the global association for contact center and customer engagement best practices - the elite in the contact center industry were recognized at the end of a 4 day best practice sharing conference where competitors from all over the region competed for the coveted top spot as GOLD medal winner and best in the region for 2016.

The awards, the 11th annual best in Europe, Middle East & Africa are part of the global awards program from ContactCenterWorld.com that regularly attract over 1500 entrants from 50 nations every year.
