viiz Opens New Call Center in Calgary
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Sept, 2017 -- viiz communications, a provider in voice and platform services for the telecommunications industry, announced it is opening another, new call center in Calgary.
This is the second company center in Calgary, and its staff will support viiz telecommunications customers in the areas of Emergency Services, Operator Services, Directory Assistance, Message Relay Services, IP Relay Service, VoIP 911 Service, and Customer Care support. In preparation for the center opening, the company began hiring to fill full- and part-time positions in early August and expects to continue through the fall.
