Bank Aljazira Scores Double Gold

Bank Aljazira has scored a major achievement following the announcement that Aljazira Phone has won the Gold Medal & 1st Rank during the regional finals of the Contact Center World Awards held in London-UK between June 8 - 11 in the following two categories:


  • Best Contact Center in the Middle East, Europe & Africa 2015.



  • Best Customer Service in the Middle East Europe & Africa 2015.


Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World – Best in World, met, shared ideas and the best were voted for by judges at this event hosted by ContactCenterWorld – The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking. Contact Center World is a global organisation that recognises and rewards best practice in customer service throughout the world.

Mr. Khaled Ramadan – Head of Alternative Delivery Channels at Bank Aljazira gave a presentation at the conference about Aljazira Phone explaining the Vision & Strategy of Aljazira Phone and the different elements that contribute to the success of Aljazira Phone to offer a "differentiated" customer experience.

As a result, Aljazira Phone has automatically qualified to the world finals which will be held in the United States in November 2015.
