Minneapolis, May 28, 2014 -- Calabrio, a provider of contact center workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics software, announces continued expansion of its Calabrio ONE Workforce Optimization Suite in the Avaya marketplace by directly integrating its software with the Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC), including the Communications Server 1000 platform.
Calabrio's latest direct integration extends the flexibility, functionality and long-term benefits of its user-centric WFO software to new and existing Avaya Aura Contact Center users, without forcing infrastructure upgrades, like automatic call distributor (ACD) hardware.
