Vega Outsources Call Centre

Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, April 19, 2016 -- Ukrainian telecommunications group Vega has outsourced its call-centre activities. International company Global Bilgi has become a partner of the operator and will take over 178 staff at the call centre.

They will support customers of Vega from premises of Global Biligi in Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv and Kharkiv.
