CCC Opens its Latest German Location in Duisburg


Duisburg, Germany, Oct, 2017 -- The 7th German CCC location in Duisburg and the third branch next to Essen and Dortmund in the Ruhr area was officially opened on the 13th of September 2017 by the Mayor Sören Link in the new office building.

In September, more than 50 employees were already working on the interesting tasks at CCC. The new CCC employees were warmly welcomed by the Mayor Sören Link:

"With the arrival of modern service providers, Duisburg has been very successful in recent years, and our city has become a hub for call centers in Germany. I am delighted to now be able to offer the customers of such a successful company as CCC a warm welcome from Duisburg. "

The team in Duisburg will grow to at least 200 employees by the end of the year. The new CCC site provides services for existing customers from the e-commerce and insurance sectors. In the medium term, the site will have a size of 450 employees.

For business promotion, the establishment of CCC is another building block in structural change. With its current expansion, the successful company supports the strengthening of services in Duisburg. GFW Managing Director Ralf Meurer: "We are particularly pleased with the high number of jobs created together with the job agency support that was offered."

The new Duisburg location offers excellent preconditions for further CCC expansion thanks to its excellent staff pool, optimal accessibility and proximity to the existing locations in the Ruhr area.
