Call Centre to Receive Grievances


Machilpatnam, India, May 2, 2017 -- Krishna District Collector B. Lakshmi Kantam on Monday set up a call centre at the Collectorate to receive grievances on all the working days.

"One could register the grievance through a phone call at any given working hour by dialling 0866 2474700," said Mr. Lakshmi Kantam.

The grievance would be forwarded to the concerned department to address it as early as possible. He directed the officials to respond to the grievances received by the call centre.
