Now, a Call Centre for RTO Grievances
Bengaluru, India, Feb 7 2018 -- People can now complain about RTO services by making a phone call or posting a message on social media.
The Transport Department has opened a call centre for receiving complaints by phone, through WhatsApp or e-mail and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. "We completed a pilot project in 2017 before opening the call centre. It will be open from 9 am to 6 pm," Transport Commissioner B Dayananda said.
