Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Nov. 9, 2017 -- viiz communications, a provider in voice and platform services for the telecommunications industry, announced it is opening a new call center in Anniston, Alabama. Staff at this center will support viiz telecommunications customers in the areas of Emergency Services, Operator Services, Directory Assistance, Message Relay Services, IP Relay Service, VoIP 911 Service, and Customer Care support. The company has already completed initial staffing and will continue hiring into 2018.
As the company grows, viiz continues to invest in research and development in support of its proprietary call center platform. The Anniston location is the second new center the company has opened in recent months; earlier this fall it opened another call center in Calgary, Alberta.
