Blue Valley Telemarketing Launches New Call Center


Merrillville, IN, USA, Nov 7, 2017 -- Blue Valley continues to grow and is pleased to announce a new 60-seat call center located in Merrillville, which opened October 8.

"Northwest Indiana is a perfect place to expand," said Ronen Ben-Dror, Director of Client Relationship Development for Blue Valley, "as the available and abundant workforce in this region is perfect for what we do."

Ben-Dror said they are currently seeking to employ up to 40 people, but the call center is able to handle larger campaigns where up to 60 could be working. In total, Blue Valley has a capacity of 250 seats. 

Blue Valley is in the process of training its second class for the Merrillville location. Ben-Dror said the training focused on one-on-one tutoring to ensure the call reps hit the ground running.

"Our training regimen, regardless of location, has always been top-notch," Ben-Dror said. "This ensures that our clients will be satisfied and well-represented with our expert communication teams behind them."
