San Jose, CA, USA, March 30, 2015 -- Unified communications and contact centre services provider, 8x8 has signed an agreement with Arrow Systems Integration, formerly Arrow S3, calling for the addition of 8x8's suite of services to Arrow's unified communications platforms and services portfolio.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, Arrow Systems Integration (Arrow SI) provides unified communications and contact centre services, along with voice and data technologies, network security services and support. Arrow will now offer customers 8x8's secure global cloud communications services, which include 8x8 Virtual Office telephony, Unified Communications and Virtual Contact Centre services along with Virtual Office Analytics and Reporting tools, all on a single, consolidated invoice.
