Plano, TX, USA, July 19, 2016 -- Gartner, an advisory company, lists Working Solutions as a "Rising Star" for Customer Management business process outsourcing (CM BPO) among other respected industry leaders in its 2016 analysis of BPO services.
Working Solutions is cited in Gartner’s May 2016 report, "Competitive Landscape: Building Differentiated Customer Management BPO Services."
