Tech Mahindra Selects Jacada’s Digital Self-Serve Technology to Accelerate Digital Transformation


New Delhi, India, March, 2017 -- Tech Mahindra, a provider in digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering, has selected Jacada Inc. an international provider of digital customer experience technology, to accelerate the digital transformation of customer operations for clients across industries. 

With this collaboration, both the companies are looking at providing the clients better experiences by integrating Tech Mahindra’s Digital Customer Experience Transformational Framework, CareXa, with Jacada’s patented digital self-serve platform, Jacada Interact.
