Unitel Introduces Customer Service App


Luanda, Angola, August, 2017 -- Angolan mobile operator Unitel has introduced the Unitel App that enables customers to manage their account without the need to visit a store or contact the call centre, reports Jornal de Angola.

From the Unitel App, customers can consult balances (both voice and data) and access their history of top-ups and usage. The customer can also check the status of the Sim card, the tariff and access the PIN or PUK codes.
