Having knowledge of finance and people management experience in service sector, she gained a successful management style which is proven by the numbers and the facts. She closely monitors her teams’ performance, trainings and motivational requirements since she believes that a stable improvement requests a strong team. She handles successful operations, offering institutional and exclusive services together with her team. Having held various executive management positions in the contact center sector, she is the COO of Teleperformance Turkey since 2014. She speaks Turkish, English, German fluently and a little bit French.
