Shipping Policy

Orders with a shipping address which differs from the billing and credit card address may be delayed until validated. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. shipping errors, inclement weather). Orders received after 2:00 pm EST time will be processed on the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Out of stock items will be shipped as quickly as possible.  ContactCenterWorld.com will communicate expected shipping dates for out of stock items as accurately as possible.  Delivery Options ContactCenterWorld.com has negotiated preferred rates with an international courier. ContactCenterWorld.com online store will strive to always make use of the best price and quality of service when shipping merchandise to you.  International Orders International orders are subject to higher shipping rates. Please note that your credit card will be charged only once. The charge to your credit card will include both the cost of the merchandise, services and shipping. All orders must be prepaid. Some credit cards may not be acceptable. Some countries impose restrictions on certain types of products, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify admissibility. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your product. We will advise you of shipping procedures. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at your expense. All products to be returned must be 100% complete, unused, in orginal condition and must include original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice. No returns or refunds will be given 30 days after delivery of merchandise. The following items are not returnable: Opened packaging that is factory sealed, videotapes, and specialty items such as custom or special orders, clearance and all sales are final. If an item is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, we will cover your return shipping costs and issue a replacement. Otherwise customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Products that do not qualify for a credit or a refund will be returned to you at your expense. ContactCenterWorld.com will refund the full amount of the item or service that you purcahse, however we will not be able to refund any shipping costs.
