If someone were looking at a workforce management system for the first time I would advise them to consider their applications, consider the size of their center, and also the resources and supplies that they currently have to manage the technology. In today’s environment most of the technology is full featured, and has many modules that can be very complex or simple to use depending on the particular vendor. It is important to understand what your needs are, and not to look for every feature that is possibly available, because you may not need those features. The more features that you have, the more resources you need to apply to that situation.(posted by a member)
