Sounds difficult doesn’t it! We get many requests for tips on motivating when funds do not exist, so here are some suggestions for you. To start with, get a team of 5/6 of your best staff together in a room and give them the following task to complete in no more than 30 minutes. The Task – you are to come up with ways of motivating agents using the following 3 scenarios 1 - You have no money 2 – You have $20 / £15 per person and 3 – You have $10,000 / £7,500 for the whole center. Now under each category starting with the 1st, have your team brainstorm all possible things you could do.
