Printing Telephone & Fax Numbers

When you print contact details, always start with your telephone number, then fax number and not the other way around. We have heard from several members that they frustrated when they dial the first number only to hear a screeching sound as they incorrectly access the fax line because it is the first one on the list – probably 99% of companies start with the telephone number so we assume it’s first on the list!
