Do you treat all customers equally? Do they ALL buy the same products and give you the same profits per sale? Most businesses have different types of customers and often the 80:20 rule (80 per cent of your revenue comes from just 20 per cent of your customers) is true. So why don’t you do what many companies are doing – treat your customers differently. Arrange your customers into groups and for the high value customers give them more personal attention i.e. phone/mail/meet face to face. For your middle group of customers maybe phone/mail them. For lower end customers, consider just mail.
