120 Warrington Call Centre Jobs With E.ON & HEROtsc

12 Apr 2011 -- Some 120 full or part time call centre jobs are to be created in the North West town of Warrington as the energy supply company E.ON enlists the services of HEROtsc, a contact centre with a base in the area.

The Birchwood Park already employs over 750 staff in call centre roles but the E.ON contract will see more full and part time jobs added to take the headcount to around 900. They plan to expand further and could soon top 1,000 staff at the Warrington call centre.

Overall, HEROtsc provides call centre jobs for over 3,500 people at its eight centres around the United Kingdom. Other big name clients on HEROtsc’s books include Sky and Vodafone.

Site director at Birchwood Park, Nichol Weatherston, said: "This contract win is a fantastic tribute to what has become [HEROtsc’s] largest UK operation. It was won through a competitive tender with a focus on providing fantastic customer service based on the experience of our current clients including Vodafone and Sky. This is a great opportunity for our existing team in Warrington and new people joining our organisation."

Weatherston added that they had already filled some vacancies but were now actively recruiting for the E.ON call centre jobs and looking for people for two other Warrington-based campaigns.

There are full and part time jobs up for grabs at call centres all over the UK. Often with flexible hours available, they can make for useful student jobs if you are interested in customer service work. Check out our listing of full and part time call centre jobs now for the latest opportunities.
