2010 Top Outsourcers Named

ContactCenterWorld - The Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices & Networking is pleased to announce the results of the 2010 Top Outsourcer Awards and rankings.

Every year ContactCenterWorld takes data from leading outsourcers all around the world and compiles ranking tables showing growth, expertise etc and every one of the outsourcers included can be found on the rankings by areas of specialization like inbound, outbound and blended services (where the same agents take inbound and make outbound calls)

Commenting on the rankings Raj Wadhwani, President ContactCenterWorld added "I first got involved in the industry over 20 years ago and since then have been delighted to have the opportunity to support and recognise these achievers. If I was considering outsourcing I would first look at a list like this to see how the outsourcers stack up.
