Altitude Software And Consilium Target Asia-Pacific Contact Centers

Singapore - April 7th, 2008 - Altitude Software, a global independent contact center solutions vendor, and Consilium Software Inc. which develops Unified Communications software and solutions for enterprises and contact centers, have signed an agreement to enter into a strategic alliance in the area of customer interaction management solutions.
