Combat Wounded Call Center

Combat wounded American veterans are being trained online in a training program that is gaining momentum in the Contact Center-Call Center Industry. Veterans from around the globe are applying for admission to this dynamic training. Managed by a team of Purple Heart Service Foundation professionals, the Veterans Business Training Center provides combat-wounded and disabled veterans with 15-weeks, 600 hours of web based, on-line classroom and practical call center training. At the conclusion of the training program, each veteran trainee has a thorough understanding of a very complex, VOIP predictive dialing, web-based system that is utilized world-wide.

"Companies are hiring graduates as soon as they complete the training” says Ken Smith, Program manager. Your company could hire them too. Veterans are located all over the world. North America, Philippines, Africa, Europe and Central America. Soon veterans will be training from Thailand. Sponsored by Plantronics, disabled and combat wounded veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan are featured trainees. Working from home, veterans in the training program now cover the time zones of the globe.

Inbound, outbound, or blended campaigns in the future for your company? Then use these trained, highly motivated veterans for your assignments. Featured by Sean Hannitty in a 60 second radio commercial, the call center is processing thousands of calls per week. “These are proud men and women who need to work from home”, said Smith. Your consideration would be appreciated.

The mission of this program is to recruit, train and place qualified combat wounded and disabled American veterans in high-demand career positions and provide them the skills needed to make a decent wage for themselves and their family, all while working from home. The need for skilled contact/call center agents and supervisors working from home has boomed. Growth in the industry translates to real opportunities for homebound, disabled and combat-wounded veterans. Training as market researchers, data managers, hotline responders, website order processors, help desk managers, customer care and customer service coordinators, virtual administration and billing clerks and data management services allows for quick placement in the global job marketplace.
