United Kingdom - November 19, 2007 - dubz.tv, the multi platform digital agency, part of the @www Group, has recently been appointed by ITV to implement its online CRM programme. It was a competitive pitch with a number of undisclosed agencies.
The brief is to retain existing ITV customers as it moves across to its broadband platform and also to acquire new customers using intelligent segmentation based on user preferences. ITV also owns Friends Reunited, which provided the company with a large email database.
Lorraine Petite de Mange from ITV said: “We were looking for an agency that not only understood online communications but also the mechanics and touch points behind retaining customers. Retention is all about relevant offerings and communications, dubz.tv understands this.”
Barnaby Hobbs, General Manger of the dubz.tv said: “ITV has an enviable brand reach and a significant customer base. Our role is to consolidate the two through online relationship building.” |
