UK - MM Group today announces its acquisition of Contact 24 and the creation of the UK's largest independent outsourced contact centre service provider.
MM Group and Contact 24 are two of the UK's contact centre operators. Both are Bristol based, have top quality client lists and have strong reputations within the market place.
With its extended network of multi-media contact centres, data management capabilities and specialist logistics and fulfilment operations based in Bristol, Bangor (Northern Ireland), Cardiff and Ashby-de-la-Zouch, the new MM Group is capable of handling the largest of projects across a wide range of direct media.
MM Group's Chief Executive, Jeff Smith, comments "This acquisition will bring together a wealth of experience from within both MM Group and Contact 24. We will now be able to capitalise on the unique experience and strengths of both businesses, with the experience of Contact 24 in the automotive and retail sectors being of particular value to the new Group and complementing MM Groups existing strength in the financial, travel and public sectors.
