Top In The World Announced At The End Of The 3 Day Contact Center World Conference
Las Vegas, NV USA. At a fun filled gala dinner attended by delegates from around the globe, the winners of the 2007 Contact Center World awards were announced
Unlike any other awards program of its kind, delegates have to complete written submissions which are judged by their peers then also present to conference delegates. The 3 day event was filled with information and ideas and also included a fun bowling nite, a Halloween party and the gala dinner. Delegates from over 20 countries were in attendance at the 3 day event to learn from the very best in the industry and many left with pages of information to take back to their own center.
