Ventura Welcomes New Sales & Marketing Director

Ventura, the customer management company and outsourcer, is delighted to welcome Phil Telfer as its newly appointed Sales & Marketing Director. Phil, who worked for Ventura for over ten years until 2007, returns to the company bringing with him a wealth of outsourcing experience that will help drive the business forward in 2009 and beyond.


Phil will report to the company’s Managing Director, Ian Cherry and will take responsibility for Ventura’s Sales & Marketing department. His focus will be on growing Ventura’s portfolio, which features twenty-five large organisations.

Phil will play a key role as Ventura continues to broaden its proposition in the business process outsourcing (BPO) market, offering new services to its portfolio and developing some of its existing solutions including; back office processing, IT solutions, debt management and distribution and warehousing in addition to its core customer management services.

Ian Cherry said; "Having worked with Phil previously, I am delighted to welcome him back to Ventura’s leadership team. Phil’s outsourcing experience and client-focussed approach will be invaluable in maintaining and progressing Ventura’s competitive position in the outsourcing market."
