EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn., April 10, 2003 - Vocal Laboratories, the pioneer of usability

customer service, today announced winning the "Best of Show" award at this year's AVIOS Speech Developers Conference and SpeechTEK Spring EXPO, March 31 - April 2 at The Fairmont San Jose, for VocaLabs outstanding services in the
speech recognition industry.
The winners were judged by the AVIOS Board, who visited with exhibitors on the show floor, carefully exploring new products, services and technologies. The judges placed priority on outstanding achievements in eight categories to work with existing standards and the degree to which it contributes to the development of future Speech products and services.
