Lisbon, Portugal - October 20, 2008 - Altitude Software, a global provider of contact center solutions, announced today that it has won the American Teleservices Association (ATA) Technovation Award for its Altitude IP Contact Center solution. The award was presented at ATA’s 25th Annual Convention & Expo.
The American Teleservices Association is a non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations. Founded in 1983, the American Teleservices Association represents more than 4,000 contact centers that account for over 1.8 million professionals worldwide.
