Richmond, Va., July 10, 2012 -- AMC Technology, a global provider of enterprise and contact center application integration software, announced today it has added support for Cisco Mobile Agent to the company’s Contact Canvas™ salesforce.com CTI Adapter. This solution is certified and has been proven to integrate with salesforce.com CRM, providing automatic identification of customers and targeted screen population of the customer context.
Due to the growing demand for remote agents, AMC has enhanced the Contact Canvas salesforce.com CTI Integration Adapter to allow agents to log into the contact center and receive or place calls through non-contact center phones. The agent and customer experience is the same whether the agent is physically inside or outside the Cisco UCCE contact center.
As a result of support for Cisco Mobile Agent with AMC’s Contact Canvas salesforce.com CTI Integration Adapter, customers now have a proven solution for Cisco agents working outside the traditional contact center.
