News : Avalon and Teleopti Join Forces to Create a Global TEM solution
Avalon Global Solutions, Inc., (AGS) a provider of Mobile Lifecycle Management (MLM) solutions in North America, and Teleopti AB (Teleopti) of Sweden, a provider of comprehensive Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) applications in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, announced today a strategic business partnership to address enterprise level mobility management globally.
The two companies will provide customers a comprehensive suite of fixed and mobile lifecycle management solutions for multinational enterprises seeking an answer to the technical and financial demands associated with managing enterprise network and mobility initiatives.
Under this agreement AGS and Teleopti will work closely together to provide a Global Telecom Expense Management Solution. AGS will resell Teleopti’s products and services in North America and abroad.

Additionally, Teleopti technology fully complies with all local regulations such as European Union privacy regulations.
The combination of AGS and Teleopti systems and services will increase the breadth of technology enabled Business Process Outsourcing to include:
• Global fixed line and mobile procurement
• Multi-currency fixed line and mobile Total Invoice Management, Expense management, Optimization
• Global fixed and mobile Audits (domestic & international)
• Logitics to include global procurement and replacement, spares pool management and secure disposal
• Advanced Help Desk for device, service and mobile application support available in local languages and local time zones
• Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) support from Tier 1 & Tier 2 administration for enterprise activation and password reset to comprehensive remote BES administration
• Mobile Security at a device level as well as IT/Security policy administration for non-Blackberry devices
