Johannesburg, 23 May 2011 -- Alcatel-Lucent revealed that BT, UK's provider of telecommunications products and services, has selected the Motive ServiceVie Solution Suite to support its high-speed Internet, IPTV and VOIP services, reports Fin Channel.
According to the Telecom Paper, ServiceView will deliver a unified triple-play customer care toolset for BT's help desk representatives.
Using ServiceView, call centre representatives have visibility and control of broadband services, with automated problem analysis and resolution for BT's network.
