Centrecom and German TAS AG Sign Agreement for Multi-lingual Services

Oct 18, 2011 -- Centrecom Ltd, the call centre unit of World Aviation Group, has signed a partnership agreement with TAS AG of Leipzig, Germany. This collaboration will enable the two companies to offer seamless multi-lingual services to the international market. German and English linguistic skills and capabilities within the two organisations will be greatly enhanced.

TAS AG has been offering integrated solutions in dialogue management for almost 20 years. The core competencies of both companies lie in customer contact operations and management. The partnership will strengthen the abilities of the two organisations to continue to achieve the highest international standard in delivering services to their clients.

The agreement envisages also the exchange of staff, co-marketing initiatives and other forms of collaboration. Centrecom confirmed that the partnership is the first of a number of similar agreements it will have as part of its market and service strategy.
