City of Pensacola Selects CallRex Call Recording Software
Kirkland, Washington – April 26, 2011 -- Telrex, an Enghouse Systems (TSX:ESL) company and provider of the CallRex™ suite of IP call recording and contact center optimization solutions, today announced that the City of Pensacola, Florida has selected CallRex Call Recording software for their ShoreTel IP telephone system. Working with Verteks Consulting, a Florida-based voice and data networking company, the City of Pensacola selected CallRex software for use within the city's seven contact centers.
