News : Indosoft Integrates Orecx into Q-Suite 5.7 for its Call Center Software

Fredericton, NB, June 21, 2012 -- Indosoft Inc., developers of Q-Suite, a contact center software suite for Asterisk, announces the availability of call recording functionality from Orecx within Q-Suite 5.7. With this integration, Q-Suite now offers a viable network call recording option for both its premise based contact centers as well as managed hosted call center service providers. Network based call recording minimizes processing power requirements on Asterisk, enhances total call processing capacity and provides the ability to setup a redundant voice recording infrastructure.
Q-Suite provides full featured network call recording capability through Orecx. This can be exclusive or in addition to call recording available through Asterisk. The network based call recording option allows Q-Suite based contact centers to increase the total concurrent call handling capability of their Asterisk servers. Q-Suite admin functionality will provide settings for automatic recording of all calls or selective recording based on campaigns, queues and agents. It also provides supervisor screens to access and listen to recorded calls for quality control and monitoring.
