InfoCision Receives Recertification as an ATA-SRO Accredited Contact Center

Akron, Ohio, Jan. 10, 2011 – InfoCision Management Corporation is pleased to announce that it has obtained recertification from the American Teleservices Association (ATA) Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO).

Receiving accreditation from the ATA-SRO is a prestigious accomplishment that shows InfoCision has met high quality standards and business best practices; and it is in compliance with all government regulations.

After successfully completing the accreditation process, companies must undergo annual assessments to ensure that their compliance efforts are still in accordance with ATA-SRO guidelines.

InfoCision first received accreditation in June 2009, becoming only the second company worldwide to achieve this honor.
