Job Sectors likely to be Hiring in 2012

Dec 27, 2011 -- From hospitality to call-center jobs, customer service skills could go a long way in finding work in 2012.

A slow but steady economic recovery is expected to improve available jobs in Florida next year, economists and experts say.

"South Florida is on the mend," said Rebecca Rust, chief economist for the state workforce agency.

Of the 98,000 jobs added in Florida from November 2010-2011, more than 30,000 were in South Florida, she said.
