HENDERSON, Nevada -- KnoahSoft, a provider of VoIP applications for contact centers, BPOs, banking, retail and healthcare companies throughout the world, today announced that its workforce optimization solution is compliant with key collaboration solutions from Avaya, a global provider of business collaboration systems, software and services.
KnoahSoft's Harmony™ supports call recording, quality and performance management initiatives. The VoIP-enabled, 100% web-based solution enables call, email and chat session review in a PCI-compliant, services-oriented, open reporting framework. Contact centers use Harmony to effectively manage their business operations with real-time and offline data. The product provides all of the data collected via recording, surveying and speech analytics to help improve agent performance and quality while supervisors have a collaborative environment to support agents through messaging, monitoring, e-learning and coaching modules. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with: Avaya Aura(R) Communication Manager 6.0.1 using Avaya Aura(R) Application Enablement Services 6.1.1.
