News : LiveOps Forms Strategic Alliance with Concentric Cloud Solutions

SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 20, 2012 -- LiveOps, Inc., the global provider in cloud contact center and customer service solutions, today announced that it has formed a strategic alliance with Concentric Cloud Solutions, which has added LiveOps Platform to its Cloud Voice service offerings targeting small and medium businesses.

The new Concentric Cloud Contact Center service integrates the cloud-based LiveOps Platform and Applications with the Concentric enhanced telephony services network. The solution provides the ability to quickly enable multiple communications channels including voice, chat, email and social media over a single platform and tighter integration with cloud-based CRM databases. In addition, the flexibility of a cloud contact center gives organizations the ability to scale up or down quickly to address near real-time business demands.

The solution is well-suited for companies in the retail, insurance, high-tech and financial services industries. Within a matter of weeks, companies can deploy valuable contact center applications such as cloud-based screen recording, call flow authoring, multichannel and social media capabilities, and have the ability to provision functionalities to a distributed workforce.
