News : LiveOps International Expansion Continues with EMEA Data Center
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan 18, 2012 -- LiveOps announced today that it opened a new data center in the United Kingdom to serve the growing demand from existing multichannel and multi-national clients, partners and prospects for EMEA-based access to the LiveOps cloud network.
"Establishing a global data center footprint is significant for LiveOps' clients and partners. For companies who are already global, they can trust that their regional operations will now have local access to our cloud-based voice and data network," said Gary Slater, Vice President, Network Operations, LiveOps. "For companies who want LiveOps to grow with them as they expand internationally, they can also trust we are focused on supporting their expansion efforts."
LiveOps has more than ten years of experience managing mission-critical contact center operations in the cloud for some of the most heavily regulated industries in the world. The LiveOps Platform is deployed in data centers and is managed by ITIL best practices for IT operations. LiveOps protects data throughout its lifecycle--from collection to processing to storage. With the December completion of the acquisition of the assets of New Zealand-based Datasquirt, LiveOps also added a New Zealand data center to its network that supports clients in the Australasia region.
Slater added, "I'm proud of the LiveOps' team that was able to get this data center opened ahead of schedule. Plans are already well underway for our next data center opening in the APAC region. Our target timeframe is mid-year."
