Madison Ave. Media, Inc. Announces Communications Center Creation
April 28, 2011 -- Madison Ave. Media, Inc., today announced the creation of a new Communications Center Division consisting of an internal Call Center and a Managed Services affiliate, both of which sell the company's products, services and solutions.
The Communications Center currently consists of approximately 20 internal sales representatives selling Madison Ave. Media products, with an additional 50 representatives selling the company Do It Yourself Financial Restoration? program -- through an outside affiliation.
Chris Godfrey is the new EVP of Communications Center Solutions. He oversees the management, hiring and training of all employees for the department, manages the outside affiliate sales organization, assists in the development of new products and services for the company and coordinates with other sales channels within Madison Ave. Media.
Chris was Director of Sales at Naviant, where he was responsible for 90 sales reps. producing in excess of $7M in revenue per month. Following that firm's acquisition by Equifax, Chris founded iMarketing Consultants Inc., an online marketing agency acquired by an International Investment Group.
Prior to that, Chris worked with Deleverage America, where he managed a call center staff of 60 that serviced the Home Loan Modification sector, developing proprietary software tools that provide customers with a self-help automated solution. As one of the top sales trainers in the nation, Godfrey was tapped by Madison Ave. Media for his expertise in building and developing large call center solutions from the ground up as well as his accomplished skills in executive team building and motivation. Chris manages the strategic and daily operations for the communications center division.
