Microsoft Dynamics Launches the New Social CRM Software in India

Bangalore, Dec 9, 2011 -- Microsoft software has unveiled its new product, the CRM 2011 in India. This product fully combines the social responsibility into the company's Dynamic CRM, reinforcing the servicing and marketing processes. The product fully integrates with Office 365 and hence delivering enhanced services offered to customers.

The product aids in collection of information about the customers by integrating the real time conversations in Social media into the product's CRM review, integrating the micro-blogging, by which the users can get comprehensive excerpts from business news that are posted time to time.
Another feature is the 'Conversations', that allow the users to collaborate with internal sales and service team, in increasing the performance. In addition, the product assists in recovery management and at the same time being more resilient during such catastrophes.

The CRM 2011 provides cloud management services by providing advantages such as common administration. The product's cloud version is available on CRM online; it helps by providing various collaboration tools and the Social Collaboration feature for achieving good customer satisfaction and reviews. The product is known for its customizability and flexible feature; also for its integration with Microsoft Office and the scalable design.

Tyroo Media has successfully implemented the solutions that use Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011 to automate their work flow. The product has seamless integration with SharePoint Online, and Extended Mobile Integration with Windows Phone 7, and helps in increasing the productivity.
