Nov 1, 2011 -- Call centre software provider Netcall has won a tender from North Yorkshire Police Force in the UK to provide a suite of Netcall products. The award includes a framework agreement covering a further three police forces across the region.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Netcall will supply North Yorkshire Police with a suite of call handling products, including ContactPortal, an automated operator service and overflow facility, to handle calls when five or more external callers are waiting, as well as Netcall's Messenger+ and Mobility solutions to provide a messaging and mobility platform.
